Rules and workplaces design stages

Office convenience consists of workplace egronomics and rational design of office space. The main idea is – separation on work areas in the way that any person can work with maximum efficiency alone and in the team.  

For easy and quick design process and furniture arrangement it is recommended to define type of table arrangement, staff number  activity types  work peculiarities after measurements.

After arrangement type is defined one can select office furniture series depending upon customer budget and taste preferences. Then the selected series is fit   into existing room size according to the selected arrangement type. The first step of arrangement is tables location (preference should be given to central location, not along room walls, so there is space for cabinets arrangement along the walls left). Here one should consider the possibility of office partitions and cabinets (as partitions) use.

Alongwith office furniture series selection it is recommended to select office chairs depending upon budget and selected series stylistics and foot rest.

Cabinets  in the office can be placed separately and in complex. To make additional storage space removable top sections can be used . 

Besides cabinets with standard shelf thickness of 16mm one can order reinforced shelfs structure with 22mm, 25mm thick chip board. 

Clothes cabinet can be of two types: narrow with end hanger (for three people maximum) and wide conventional clothes hanger rod (for six people maximum).

One should not forget to use   hanging mirror, installed on the internal part of cabinet door, additional hooks and coat racks.

It is recommended to use book holders to prevent falling of books and files.

One should understand that closer the file cabinets to workplaces less time looss for searching files  .

Joining the cabinets along the walls it is recommended to use corner element at the internal corner for optimal space utilization.

Corner tower cabinet can be used for ouside corner of the wall at two cabinets joining and as final element of cabinet combination.

The next step is to interspace the office and use of additional elements and furniture units. One should remember that enough space should be left for opening cabinet doors and for passages (not less than 80cm).

If it is not possible to use standard furniture elements one can order tailor-made furniture elements keeping to general stylistics of the order.

Various niches, available in some rooms can be furnished with cabinet coupe for clothes and files storage.
