Guarantee terms

Guarranty period for this product series is 1 -10 years from order date depending upon category and product series.

During guarranty period Customer has the right to get free repairment only relevant to mechanical parts defects, which are the result of factory defects. Should the product prove to be defective during the period of guarantee we undertake to remedy the defects within 10 days.
Guarantee is valid upon presentation of guarantee card.

infringe of service instructions;
repairement by unauthorised persons, product disassemling.
accidental or intentional mechanical, chemical and other damages, made by the owner or by other persons;
defects induced by natural hazards or other circumstances of insuperable force

Optimum temperature conditions are +15-+25 ˚. Relative air humidity should not exceed 65%. Any deviation from the norm influences furniture quality and shortens service life.
It is not recommended to locate office furniture at direct sunlight and close to heating systems.
Avoid contact of the furniture sufraces with aggressive liquids (alkalies, acids, solvents, oil and others).
It is recommended to use cleansers corresponing to material of coating for care working coatings.
Furniture should be used in accordance with functional purpose of every single element.
It is not recommended to move cabinet furniture inside the room.
Maximum load for drawers STANDART (“Econom”, “Standart”, “Master”, “Quadro”, “Optima”, “Inter”) is 12kg, for TANDEMBOW drawers (executive office series) - is 20kg.
The load for roller feet of mobile pedestal series “Econom”, “Standart” is 80kg, series “Master”, ”Inter”, “Quadro”, “Optima”, “Temp” is 120kg.
As for tall elements (multylayer cabinets, tower cabinets and others) it is advisable to put more load in the lower sections.
Maximum load for adjustable cabinet feet is 250kg.
Heavy objects on the shelves should be placed closer to the edge or feet.
Maximum load for the shelf is 12 kg.
Infringe of the above conditions resulted in defects of furniture unit is deemed to be the ground for warranty cancelation.
